So Nimh batteries don't work becuse At 2.7 volt won't turn on. once turned on, need to leave cord plugged into Duracell charger to get full use of batteries. If your unplug cord at
Duracell charger end, after using some of battery charge won't restart when cord is plugged back into charger. But if your leave cord plugged into charger you can get full use of battery charge. Only way I get AA nimh batteries to work in it, is in the mornings before I head out I have batteries sitting in recharge so their at maximum voltage. Then pop them into Duracell ipod charger, plug cord into charger to turn it on and leave it that way till near days end when I need the extra power. Works good that way but sure is a hassle. Or Just use alkaline all the time, but thats not what I was looking for.
